Britney Spears returned to Instagram this week after some time away from social media, showing off her impressive physique and rigorous workout routine in a lengthy new video (below).
The 35-year-old mother of two created a mash up of flips, dips, kicks, lifts and stretches while rocking a tiny sports bra and gym shorts. The video not only put the spotlight on her amazing abs, but also strength and flexibility.
Had a couple of weeks off… ha!! Well, not really… been keeping my body strong and motivating myself everyday!! There’s nothing like mommy and working time, the beautiful outdoors, and flipping into gear,” she captioned the video.
Fans in the comments wrote that the video was “pretty inspiring” and she “couldn’t get into better shape.” Some even started calling her “Fitney.”
Spears previously shared some of her diet secrets with Woman’s Health, telling the mag she eats breakfasts consisting of scrambled egg whites on wholemeal toast or a protein shake with milk.
She’ll put that tight body to work next month, when her “Piece of Me” residency picks back up again in Las Vegas.
